Innovations
In 2024 JMF plans to develop a comprehensive project for the people forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in September 2023 by the Azerbaijan's military forces. Almost all these people (about 125,000) reside in Armenia, most of them in rural areas, and there is a huge demand to offer these people opportunities to start their small family business, start farming or receive financial education and non-financial services to get employed.
JMF is interested in developing programs for agricultural sector to promote innovative and advanced methods of farming.
A program of soft skills development for the women interested in starting business will be initiated.
Yound people with skilful hands but limited resources to start their own business will be supported both financially and by business enhancing services.
