Rural Finance & Savings, 6th UMM Workshop Report, Groningen, June 2011.

The 6th “University Meets Microfinance” (UMM) workshop addressed the interrelated topics of  “Rural Finance” and “Savings”. It was organized in cooperation with the European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP) as parallel sessions at the “Second European Research Conference on Microfinance” from June 17 to June 18, 2011. The workshop gathered 36 participants from 13 universities and 11 practitioners’ organizations.
